Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, R&D leadership, or strategic technology planning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and partnerships
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
