- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Assessment
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published thought leadership on future technology scenarios
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
