Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching future-focused products
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and report on progress to executive leadership
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2020-2025 roadmap experience)
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year vision development
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA)
