- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite executives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused methodologies
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing business models
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional scenario planning and forecasting skills
- Experience with Fortune 500 stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
