Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering scalable AI/ML systems
- Expertise in quantum computing or advanced materials science
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture or corporate funding
- Deep understanding of emerging regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
