Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals (2020-2023)
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets >$10M
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., MIT Professional Education)
