Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for strategic integration
- Drive R&D initiatives targeting climate-positive solutions and human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge research
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven 5-year strategic planning success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling products from concept to market in regulated industries
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Portfolio of successfully launched futuristic initiatives
