You'll report directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical concepts into market-ready products.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution toward 2026
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system integration projects
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech, nanotech, and neurotech
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to market validation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and investment partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in R&D leadership or strategic technology planning
- Published research on emerging tech commercialization pathways
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
