Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to map 2026 innovation landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product concepts
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for 2026 horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
