- Manage prototype development using agile methodologies and rapid iteration frameworks
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable innovation projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
