Responsibilities
- Architect scalable technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and quantum integration systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive tech implementations
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology applications
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, etc.)
