Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Pioneer Generative Models: Lead the research and development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models tailored for spatial environments.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model inference latency and accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences in real-time applications.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with UX designers, hardware engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into immersive hardware.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure and research initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or computational research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Research Publication: Demonstrated history of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or patents.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ill-defined problems with creative and mathematical solutions.
