Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching at least two 2020+ paradigm-shifting technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, and climate-tech convergence
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in future-tech domains
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from federal grants and venture capital
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
