Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market shifts and customer behavior evolution
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruption and geopolitical uncertainties
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and innovation maturity across the organization
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level executives and boards
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
