Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism/forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurist Studies
- Published author in IEEE/Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon Europe programs
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
