Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, biocomputing) for commercial viability by 2026
- Develop prototype architectures for decentralized AI networks and quantum-secured communication systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 2026-readiness frameworks into existing infrastructure
- Author whitepapers and patent disclosures for breakthrough technologies in sustainable computing
- Lead innovation sprints to validate 5-year tech roadmaps with industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof coding practices and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with specialization in AI/ML or quantum computing
- Proven track record of deploying production-level quantum-inspired algorithms
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Certification in Quantum Engineering or Future Studies (preferred)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on emerging tech applications
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design principles
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
