Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market disruptions through data-driven analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present futuristic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Document innovation methodologies and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futurism, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of implemented futuristic projects
