Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Futurism, or Cognitive Science
- 5+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on human-computer symbiosis
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI management systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to 10M+ users
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
