Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech trends and market disruption opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of human-machine collaboration
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental tech initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical tech development frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 2020s innovation impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Portfolio of published futurist forecasts or tech whitepapers
- Experience leading agile R&D teams in fast-paced environments
