- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for 2026 tech incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Emerging Tech with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on futuristic technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning or synthetic biology
- Proven track record scaling tech from lab to market
- Deep understanding of 2026 regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
