Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of modeling long-term technological and societal shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, bespoke models)
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making with data-driven narratives
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
