Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology and societal trend forecasts using data-driven analytics and scenario modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product innovation pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to align corporate vision with long-term market disruptions
- Produce high-impact thought leadership publications and presentations at global forums
- Establish early-warning systems for paradigm shifts in climate tech, neuro interfaces, and space economies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused frameworks or trend reports
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
