- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate disruptive solutions for emerging market gaps
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026 industry paradigms for stakeholder alignment
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals (geopolitical, technological, social) to preempt disruption
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario planning and Monte Carlo simulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario development methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend prediction accuracy (publications/models)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACFC, CFTE) or equivalent
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
