- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with emerging societal shifts
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports for Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across client organizations
- Advect board-level decisions on technology adoption and workforce transformation
- Build proprietary forecasting models using alternative data sources and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years strategy consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work (e.g., scenario plans, trend reports)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts and transformation
- Strong data visualization skills with advanced Excel/Power BI capabilities
