As a key member of our C-suite innovation team, you'll navigate complex intersections of AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech ecosystems. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and global policy think tanks to build frameworks that define the next decade's technological trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Author white papers and policy briefs for G7 summits and WEF forums
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and data scientists
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AGI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on exponential technology adoption
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Proven track record of influencing global tech policy discourse
