Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market opportunities and disruptive threats
- Translate complex technological forecasts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership reports and presentations on emerging technologies and societal impacts
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing innovation frameworks and implementing strategic roadmaps
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Strategy preferred
