- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Produce actionable intelligence reports on quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development cycles
- Advise executive leadership on long-term R&D investments and market positioning strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses or trend reports
