- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on emerging opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for investor relations and board communications
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation accelerators to scout breakthroughs
- Mentor a team of future intelligence analysts to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven future-planning impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on disruptive innovation strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
