Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
- Design and implement innovation sprints for prototyping 2026 solutions
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and weak signal analysis
