- Represent Horizon at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in industry journals
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight research pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning for tech sectors
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning methodologies)
