Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and social evolution domains
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Lead workshops with C-suite to align organizational vision with future realities
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 societal challenges
- Maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
