Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks for 2026+ horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AR/VR, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Author forward-looking white papers and executive briefings on societal impact of emerging tech
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Measure and report on future-readiness metrics across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and probabilistic modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
