Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for quantum-enabled industries
- Lead scenario planning for climate-positive tech adoption
- Design ethical frameworks for neural augmentation systems
- Coordinate cross-sector innovation summits with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce quarterly 'State of the Future' briefings for C-suite executives
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio targeting 2026 breakthroughs
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2020s tech trends
- Proficiency in systems thinking and causal modeling tools
- Experience advising at least one Fortune 100 on digital transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or equivalent
- Portfolio of implemented future-back innovation strategies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
