Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to define and execute our 2026 technology roadmap
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and technological inflection points
- Drive innovation workshops with global R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry pioneers and academic thought leaders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruptive technology assessment
