Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive concepts in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate-tech
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in quantum adoption and decentralized systems
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with UN SDGs and regulatory evolution post-2025
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and organizational adaptability metrics
- Partner with Venture Capital team to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership with demonstrable impact on organizational roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method) and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or related field (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience publishing thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders from engineers to policymakers
