Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Partner with product teams to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals impacting future market landscapes
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist research unit
- Drive organizational culture of adaptive innovation and long-term vision
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
