Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify 2026-2030 strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating complex future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate future-focused product innovations
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting long-term planning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business plans
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi methods)
