- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future readiness initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics using AI-driven foresight methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and market entry strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with portfolio of published trend analyses
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFS) or equivalent
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Kumu, Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
