Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing and biotechnology
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit featuring 100+ global futurists and tech pioneers
- Author white papers on ethical AI adoption and sustainable tech adoption curves
- Partner with UN agencies on SDG 2030 compliance frameworks
- Design immersive VR experiences for stakeholder alignment on transformational initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 100 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
