- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (AGI, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry consortiums
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism/innovation roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
