Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technology trends through 2026 across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging product lines and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators affecting tech adoption
- Represent FutureForge at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on emerging tech or societal impact (IEEE/MIT a plus)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience with policy frameworks shaping tech adoption (e.g., GDPR, AI Act)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives implemented
