Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market adoption
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on futuristic innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive leadership and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and ethical frameworks affecting future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis with published research on emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
