Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to adapt to future workforce and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their implications
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools a significant advantage
