Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market opportunities
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports predicting disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for C-suite leadership teams
- Quantify future market potential using predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, clean energy)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into billion-dollar revenue strategies
- Advanced certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFP) or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or journals
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
