Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify 2026-2030 disruptive technologies across biotech, AI, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author white papers and trend briefs featured at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quantifiable ROI metrics
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts with >80% accuracy
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario modeling)
- Deep knowledge of at least two 2026-relevant domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience presenting to executive audiences with data-driven narratives
