- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product development
- Produce trend reports with actionable recommendations for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in exponential technology sectors
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present foresight insights at global conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic positioning
