Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly foresight reports analyzing geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior trends
- Partner with product teams to incubate experimental initiatives with 5+ year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and future-focused R&D programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of market shifts (2018-2025)
- Experience leading remote, cross-cultural teams in agile environments
