- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry pioneers
- Author high-impact foresight reports for C-suite and board-level decision-making
- Design and deploy AI-powered trend forecasting tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring sustainable human-centric futures
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with C-suite exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (white papers, books)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations on transformational initiatives
