Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting tech adoption
- Build scenario models for 2030 market landscapes and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or tech ethics
- Experience with Delphi methods and trend impact analysis frameworks
