Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers influencing industry policy and R&D priorities
- Design resilience protocols against technological black swan events
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database using NLP and predictive analytics
- Represent company at global futurist forums and academic symposia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Published work on exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Futurist.com)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (Shell, OECD)
